چکیده

The complete mol-ecule of the title complex, [Cu(2)(C(13)H(19)N(2)O(2))(2)(N(3))(2)], is generated by the application of a centre of inversion. The central Cu(2)N(2) core is a rhombus as the μ(2)-azide ligands bridge in an asymmetric fashion. Each Cu(II) atom is also coordinated by a monoanionic tridentate Schiff base ligand via the anti-cipated oxide O, imine N and amine N atoms. The resulting N(4)O coordination geometry is based on a square pyramid. No specific inter-molecular inter-actions are noted in the crystal packing, but the amine H atoms form intra-molecular N-H⋯O(oxide)/N(azide) hydrogen bonds.

Two distinct coordination geometries are found in the binuclear title complex, [Ni(2)(C(13)H(19)N(2)O(2))(2)(N(3))(2)(CH(3)OH)], as one Schiff base ligand is penta-dentate, coordinating via the anti-cipated oxide O, imine N and amine N atoms (as for the second, tridentate, ligand) but the oxide O is bridging and coordination also occurs through the meth-oxy O atom. The Ni(II) atoms are linked b...

Di-μ-azido-κ4 N:N-bis{aqua[bis(1H-benzimidazol-2-ylmethyl)amine]copper(II)} dinitrate

In the centrosymmetric dinuclear title complex, [Cu(2)(N(3))(2)(C(16)H(15)N(5))(2)(H(2)O)(2)](NO(3))(2), the Cu(II) ion is in a distorted octa-hedral coordination environment with long axial Cu-N(azide) [2.821 (6) Å] and Cu-O(water) [2.747 (5) Å] bonds as a result of the Jahn-Teller effect. Two symmetry-related azide ligands bridge in μ(2)-modes giving a Cu⋯Cu distance of 3.533 (2) Å. In the cr...

The reaction between copper(II) nitrate and (E)-N-(3-amino-2,2-dimethyl-prop-yl)-2-(hy-droxy-imino)-propanamide led to the formation of the dinuclear centrosymmetric copper(II) title complex, (C8H18N3O2)2[Cu2(C8H15N3O2)2(C8H17N3O2)2](C9H16N3O4)2·2CH3CN, in which an inversion center is located at the midpoint of the Cu2 unit in the center of the neutral [Cu2(C8H15N3O2)2(C8H17N3O2)2] complex frag...

Di-μ-acetato-κ4 O:O-bis({2-[(piperidin-2-ylmethyl)iminomethyl]phenolato-κ3 N,N′,O}copper(II)) monohydrate

In the binuclear centrosymmetric title compound, [Cu(2)(C(13)H(17)N(2)O)(2)(C(2)H(3)O(2))(2)]·H(2)O, the Cu(II) atom is coordin-ated by two N atoms and one O atom from the Schiff base ligand and an acetate O atom in a distorted suare-planar geometry. The water O atom is invoved in three different hydrogen-bonding interactions, as donor to the acetate O atom and to the the ligand O atom and as a...

catena-Poly[bis(dimethylazanium) [[chloridocopper(II)]-di-μ-chlorido-[chloridocopper(II)]-di-μ-azido-κ4 N:N]]

The crystal structure of the title complex, {(C(2)H(8)N)[CuCl(2)(N(3))]}(n), exhibits inorganic chains consisting of Cu(II) cations as well azide and chloride anions. The chains, made up from Cu-Cl-Cu-N-Cu linkages, are aligned parallel to the c axis. This architecture is further stabilized by a number of N-H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds involving the protonated charge-compensating dimethyl-amine cations ...
